Charles R. Dyer — Partner
Mr. Dyer’s expertise is in the areas of strategic planning, brand management and market research for retail, industrial and foodservice. His career began over 30 years ago with the Schilling Division of McCormick & Co. His last few years of involvement were spent heading key marketing organizations at McCormick & Co.
In 1979, Mr. Dyer founded Charles Dyer & Associates to provide creative marketing solutions for the food industry. As that company grew, it became known as Monterey Bay Food Group. In 1984, Mr. Dyer founded Monterey Bay Corporate Development to provide focused merger and acquisition services to the food and natural products industry.
Charles, an honor graduate of the University of California, lives with his wife in Aptos, California.

Phillip L. Moore — Partner
In 1982, Phil joined McCormick & Co. in Baltimore, Maryland as Corporate Manager of Planning and Forecasting. He spent two years as Manager of Business Development in the Foodservice Division before moving to Director of Finance and Accounting of McCormick/Shilling Retail Group, where he was responsible for strategic planning and acquisitions. Phil’s next assignment was in Sales and Marketing management as Planning Director for the group. In 1991, Phil was promoted to VP/General Manager for the newly acquired Mojave Foods division in Los Angeles, where he remained until 1995 when he founded Perimeter Sales & Merchandising.

Amy Seibert — Market Research Manager
Mrs. Seibert has over 20 years marketing experience with 12 of those in the fresh berry industry. She also has experience in the packaged food, dietary supplement and high-tech camera industries. She joined Monterey Bay Food Group in March of 2002. In addition to her market research responsibilities, she helps Monterey Bay Food Group stay abreast of emerging industry issues.
Amy is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and lives with her husband in Aptos, CA.
